Offering trauma-informed psychotherapy in North Bay, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario for individuals navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions.

My approach is feminist, anti-oppressive, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I provide a sex-positive and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming space where clients can explore emotions, relationships, and personal challenges with care, steadiness, and compassion.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Support for grief, loss, trauma and life transitions.

Land acknowledgement

North Bay and the surrounding areas that I work from sits on the territory of Nipissing First Nation, the territory of the Anishnabek, within lands protected by the Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850.  I am grateful to be able to live and work on these lands.

I recognize that the professions of psychology, psychotherapy, and social work have roots in colonial violence. I understand that I have a responsibility to continuously work to decolonize the practice of psychotherapy and acknowledge the origins of the various healing practices I utilize.
